Dear IACDE members,

As part of the new European Data Protection Regulation for clubs, we would like to provide you with some important information. For clubs, this contractual relationship is membership. The data required for the membership management may therefore be used in any case according to the Data Protection Act.

• Name and contact details of the data protection person: Silvia Schöning, IACDE office: Christophstraße 21, D-88662 Überlingen, Germany, silvia.schoening@iacde.net.

• IACDE Contact: International President Lodovico Zandegù

• Processing activities: member administration offline and online. Online only in the closed member area of the IACDE website and as an email / newsletter to the members.

• Description of categories of data subjects and categories of personal data: Members of IACDE International. The categories of the data are derived from the data itself (name, company, address, email address, telephone number, type of membership).

• Description of the categories of recipients to whom the personal data are disclosed: Members of IACDE, Account Manager, Tax Adviser.

• Deadlines for deleting the different categories of data: Considering retention period for tax purposes and for documentation of development in the number of members.

Social media links

We hope you like our web pages and would be happy for you to recommend them to others. We use so-called social plugins for this. By using the sharebuttons which are available on our pages for platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google, Pinterest or LinkedIn, you can point out our web pages on these platforms.

By accessing websites with a social plugin, certain information is  communicated to Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), Google (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), Pinterest (Pinterest Inc., 808 Brannan Street, San Francisco, CA 94103-4904, USA) or linkedIn (LinkedIn Corporation, 2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).

The content of the plugin is transmitted by the social media platform operator directly to your browser and incorporated by it into the web page, which is why we have no influence on the nature and amount of the data that are conveyed. The data which are transmitted are (probably) the URL of the page that is visited and the IP address used by you and/or another platform-dependent identifier. At this point, you are logged on to the relevant social media platform and the platform can assign the visit to these web pages to your user account.

Please refer to the data protection notices of the social media platform operators concerned for the purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the operators and for your rights in this regard and setting options for the protection of your privacy.

You can also recommend a page of our website to others by clicking on “Recommend this page to someone”. To recommend a page, you have to enter your name, your email address, the recipient’s email address and (optionally) a message. We use these personal data exclusively to send the recipient the recommendation and if necessary your message on your behalf.  They will not be used for other purposes or passed on to third parties. Once the recommendation has been sent, we delete these data.
